1. About us

BuildXpres Technologies and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (“BuildXpres”, “we”, “us”) is a company registered in India with its office at 402, Surabhi Plaza, Lakdi-ka-Pul, Hyderabad, Telangana, India. “You” means the person or business using the site or buying from us.

2. Using the website

• The site is for information and for joining the waitlist. Content on it describes what BuildXpres offers today and what is planned. Items marked “coming next” or “on the roadmap” are not yet available.
• The BuildXpres app is scheduled to launch on 1 January 2027. Dates, features and store locations may change before launch.
• You must not misuse the site: no automated scraping, no attempts to access our systems, no submitting false or other people’s details.
• All text, logos, graphics and the BuildXpres name and X mark belong to us or our licensors. You may not use them without written permission.

3. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on you to buy, or on us to supply, anything.
• A place on the waitlist does not guarantee app access, store coverage in your area, pricing, or a franchise or partner slot. We allocate early access at our discretion.
• We will use your details as described in our Privacy Policy and you can leave the waitlist at any time.

4. Orders and quotations

• Material, machine-rental and workforce orders placed on WhatsApp or by phone are confirmed when we send you a written confirmation with the price, quantity and delivery window.
• Construction, interior and design services are provided under a written estimate or quotation issued by BuildXpres. Starting rates shown on the site (for example “from ₹1,800 per sq.ft”) are indicative only; the final price depends on design, specification and site conditions and is stated in the quotation.
• Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, normally 15 days, and may be revised if specifications, quantities or market rates change before confirmation.
• The scope of work, exclusions, payment schedule and timeline in the quotation form part of these terms. Where a signed contract exists, the contract prevails.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times quoted (such as 60 minutes for compact items from a zone dark store or 2 hours for bulk delivered factory-direct) are targets measured from order confirmation during operating hours within our Hyderabad service area, not guarantees. Traffic, weather, site access and stock can delay a delivery.
• Someone must be available at the site to receive the delivery. If the site cannot be accessed or no one is present, we may return the goods and charge a redelivery fee.
• Our crew unloads and carries material to the floor you specify where it is safe to do so. You are responsible for safe access, lifts or hoists you provide, and for telling us of any site hazards.
• Check goods on arrival. Report shortages or visible damage to our crew or on WhatsApp within 24 hours, with photos.

6. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST is charged at the applicable rate and shown separately on the invoice, and every order comes with a GST invoice.
• Material and rental orders are payable as stated in the confirmation, normally before or on delivery, by bank transfer or UPI.
• Service work is payable per the payment schedule in the quotation. Work may pause if a milestone payment is overdue.
• Title to goods passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery.

7. Tools, machines and robotics on rent

• Rented equipment stays our property. You must use it only for its intended purpose, by trained operators, and return it in the condition received, allowing for fair wear.
• You are responsible for loss, theft or damage while equipment is in your possession, and for any deposit stated in the confirmation.
• Rental periods and rates are stated in the confirmation. Late returns are charged at the daily rate.

8. Workforce services

Crews supplied by BuildXpres work under our supervision unless otherwise agreed. You must provide a safe site and comply with applicable labour and safety laws for people working at your premises. Day rates, minimum bookings and cancellation terms are stated in the confirmation.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation windows, restocking charges and refund timelines are set out in our Refund & Service Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Quality and warranties

• Materials we supply carry the manufacturer’s warranty, which we will help you claim.
• Our own workmanship on construction and interior execution is warranted against defects for 12 months from handover, excluding wear, misuse, alterations by others and natural settlement.
• Design drawings are prepared for the brief you give us. Statutory approvals remain your responsibility unless included in the quotation.

11. Limitation of liability

• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
• Subject to that, our total liability for any order or project is limited to the amount you paid us for that order or project.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, delay damages from third parties, or costs of idle labour, unless expressly agreed in a signed contract.
• We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, supply shortages, extreme weather, government action or epidemics.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve any dispute by discussion first. If that fails, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site on the date you place an order or join the waitlist is the one that applies. Material changes will be announced on the site.
